Our Pet Policy: Because We Love Fur, Not Fury

At Professional Touch Cleaning & Organizing, we know pets aren’t just pets—they’re family. We’ve seen it all: dogs that think they’re supervisors, cats that believe they own the place (let’s be honest—they do), and even birds that whistle at us while we vacuum. Your home is your pet’s home, and we’re happy to share the space with them—as long as they’re friendly.

The Friendly Furry Co-Workers

If your pet is sweet and social, they’re welcome to hang out during our visit. Some pups like to “help” by following us room to room, and some cats like to judge us from the top of the fridge. Totally fine. We’re animal people—we get it.

Your Call, Your Rules

It’s totally up to you whether you let your pet roam around while we clean or tuck them away somewhere cozy. Some clients find it easier to keep them in another room so they don’t get overly curious about the mop bucket. Others let them stay out and enjoy the action. Either way, you know your pet best!

When the Fur Turns to Fury

Now, if your pet has a bit of a “don’t-touch-my-house” attitude (we’ve met a few “guard geese” in our time too), we kindly ask that they be kenneled, crated, or kept in a separate room. Not only does this keep us safe, but it keeps your furry friend’s stress level low. Nobody wins if the vacuum cleaner turns into a wrestling match.

We’re not just pet-tolerant—we’re pet-friendly. Our only request is that safety comes first, for both our team and your four-legged family members.

So whether your cat supervises from the windowsill, your dog offers tail wags as payment, or your hamster just stares at us like we’re suspicious intruders—we’re here for it.
